“Sensitive” is two different problems
The desk used to send both of them to the same three-week repair protocol, which is the right answer to one and an answer with no long-term shape to the other. They are separate jobs now. Read down before you choose — this is the fork where picking wrong costs you the most.

If you cannot tell
Start with irritation control. Three weeks of subtraction is not wasted on reactive skin, and at the end of it you will know which of the two you have: a face that settles and stays settled was in a flare, and a face that settles and then reacts to the first thing you reintroduce was reactive all along. Switching then costs nothing.
If flushing, visible vessels, papules or pustules are part of the picture, that is a rosacea-shaped description and it wants a diagnosis rather than a routine. This desk cannot make one, and the treatments do not overlap: topical azelaic acid and ivermectin carry high-certainty evidence for the papules and pustules, while the evidence for persistent redness and flushing belongs to brimonidine and oxymetazoline. Two different targets. A product bought for the wrong one does nothing.

The wait is one reassessment window per place in the queue — 28 days for other / custom — because that is the interval at which judging this job means anything, so it is also the interval at which it is worth asking what else is owed attention.
A date here means the concern is worth reconsidering then, not that it will be right then, and not that you have committed to buying anything for it. Some of these will look different in a month; some will have stopped mattering.
Nothing is waiting, because nothing is at the front yet.
