II · Routine Sequence
A sequence you can
read in five seconds.
Morning and evening columns. Empty steps are obvious. Leaving one out on purpose is allowed.
The shape underneath every routine here
- Morning
- Morning staging: cleanse → treat (optional) → moisturize → protect. SPF closes the AM sequence for almost every job.
- Evening
- Evening staging: cleanse → barrier or active (not both aggressive layers at once) → moisturize. Stagger retinoids and acids across nights.
- Introducing
- Introduce one new active at a time when possible. Barrier calm beats speed. Reassess before stacking secondary goals.
Educational order only. This sequence is a starting structure, not a prescription for your skin.

Products in this routine
- Cleansers & basics
Optional
Copy it off the carton or the brand's site and paste it here, commas and all — the wrapping, the “Ingredients:” label and the “may contain” tail are all handled. Reading the list is more reliable than reading the name, which is the whole point of this field: the name is written by a marketing department, the list is what the maker was required to declare. It still cannot tell you concentration, pH, or whether the formula is any good.
